⚠️ Special Note: Due to logistics policies or regional stability issues, we temporarily do not support shipping to war-torn areas, some remote islands, and regions with restricted postal services. 2. Shipping Fee Standards

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your order amount, and the final shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page. The specific rules are as follows:
  • Special Note: If you purchase oversized/overweight handmade products (such as large handmade furniture or bulk customized items), an additional fee for overweight/oversized shipping will be required. The specific amount will be communicated and confirmed with you in advance by our customer service team (you can inquire via email).

① Standard Shipping Timeframe

Relying on our postal cooperation channels, after your order is shipped from the warehouse, the estimated delivery time to most regions worldwide is 7-20 business days (the timeframe starts from the day the warehouse confirms shipment, excluding weekends, public holidays, and customs clearance delays).
Note: During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), customs inspection at the destination, or for remote areas, delivery may be delayed by 1-3 business days. Please refer to the logistics tracking information for the most up-to-date status.

② Express Shipping Service

If you need to receive your items faster, you can opt for express delivery services (such as DHL, FedEx, etc.). The specific delivery timeframe (usually 3-7 business days) and fees need to be confirmed by contacting our customer service via email. Our team will provide you with a customized express solution based on your delivery address and the nature of the products.

4. Logistics Tracking

  1. After your order is shipped, we will send a logistics tracking number and inquiry link to the email address you provided when placing the order within 1-2 business days;
